1. Set Up your Organization

In order to use Maltego, you need to set up your Maltego Organization.

This section provides detailed instructions for Admins and End Users.

Admin

How to Join your Organization

1. Accept the Email Invitation

You should have received an email invitation from support@maltego.com. If you have not received this email, please contact your organization's Admin.

2. Create your Maltego ID

You will be directed to a login page. Because you are a new user, you will need to create a Maltego ID. To do that, simply click the "Create ID" link on the login page.

You will be prompted to to enter your email address and name.

Always use the email address that received the organization invitation.

Complete the registration process by entering all required information. When you are finished, you will be asked to verify your email address.

3. Verify your Email Address

You should have received an email invitation from support@maltego.com. If you have not received this email, please contact your organization's Admin.

How to Invite Users to your Organization

1. Go to the Maltego App

2. Click on "Users"

3. Click on "Invite Users"

4. Type in the emails that you want to add to your organization, separated by commas.

5. Define the role of those members in your organization.

6. Click on "Confirm". These users will receive an email with an invitation to join your organization.

6. Click on the invited users to assign a product to them, so they can start benefiting from Maltego. Then, click on "Update".

4. Visit app.maltego.com

After you login, you should see your homepage. From here, you can access all of your Maltego products.
